Aquafit can be an effective cardiovascular and strengthening workout without adding stress to an injury, strain or ailment. Water workouts can benefit anyone, with or without an injury. Water acts as a natural resistance so whether you are looking for a cardio workout or strength training, water exercises can provide you with both!
This program is ideal for individuals who want a fitness program and don’t mind getting wet! Age is no barrier!

SHALLOW WATER AQUAFIT
Shallow water aquafit provides participants with a 60-minute low-impact, high-resistence exercise to music led by a high-energy instructor.

DEEP WATER AQUAFIT
Swimming is not a pre-requisite for this program! Noodles & floatation belts are used to keep you afloat. This 60-minute program specifically targets your core in a zero-impact format. Ideal for anyone with joint problems, arthritis, or those looking for post-operative low-impact exercise. Led by a high-enery instructor.

MOMMY & ME SHALLOW WATER AQUAFIT
This program is for caregivers and children 6-24 months. Enjoy time in the water with your child, while working on your fitness level. An Instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of exercise, with 15 minutes of free play at the end of the class.
