This is a great fitness plan that let’s you strengthen yourself without adding stress to an injury, strain or ailment. Water workouts can benefit anyone, with or without an injury. Water is a natural resistance so whether you are looking for a cardio workout or strengthen training, water exercises can provide you with a total workout.
This program is ideal for individuals who want a fitness program and don’t mind getting wet! Age is no barrier!

Shallow Water Aquafit - provides participants with a 60-minute low impact, high-resistance exercise to music led by a high-energy instructor.

Deep Water Aquafit — Swimming is not a pre-requisite for this program! Noodles & floatation belts are used to keep you afloat. This 60-minute program specifically targets your core in a zero-impact format. Ideal for anyone with joint problems, arthritis, or those looking for post-operative low-impact exercise.
